I'm Mike Greenly. I've spent decades as both an engineer and an engineering leader, building systems and the teams that run them, in industries from manufacturing to retail.
I've led multi-team groups and shipped technology that survives contact with a working business, its constraints, and its people. I start by embedding with a team and learning how the work actually gets done, then build what's missing, watch it in use, and iterate until it fits.
